Upon subscribing, you will enter a validation period of one year. During this time, you may cancel your subscription without penalty. After this period, you can still cancel anytime without any charges.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next billing date. You will receive a reminder email prior to renewal.
All prices are listed on our website and may vary based on market conditions, availability, and seasonal changes.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will notify subscribers of any price changes via email at least 7 days prior to the new billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new prices, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time without incurring any fees. Cancellations can be made through your account on our website or by contacting customer service.
Refunds will not be issued for any products that have already been delivered. Any cancellations made during the validation period may qualify for a full refund.
We deliver in Lower Mainland. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 12 hours to resolve the matter.
